Who? Hosted by the Vermont Educators of Color Association! A grassroots group working to build relationships and make change for educators of color in Vermont. While many of us are k-12 educators, we welcome educators in any setting from early education, to after school, to higher education, please join us to heal and connect! This retreat is only for self-identified educators of color! Thank you!

What: One retreats are usually one part relationship building, one part relaxation, one part learning, and hopefully all parts fun. We crowd source activity leaders from our amazing edu color members and invite everyone to pitch in to co-create this retreat.

When: Friday, May 19 3pm to Sunday, May 21 1pm

Where: Levity Mountain, 1281 Main St, Manchester VT

Cost: Free for everyone who’s school is not able to pay. $300 per person or as much as your school is able to offer. Your school can pay here or  email alyssa.edjvt@gmail.com to receive an invoice.

Childcare, meals (aside from Friday night), overnight accommodations are available for participants. Contact alyssa.edjvt@gmail.com for any questions.

Accessibility: We have been told by the owners that the space is accessible and we will need to bring one small portable ramp to make everything work. We are doing a site visit and can be in communication about this.
