We believe in order for school curriculum, pedagogy, and policy to transform it needs to be in partnership with local communities. Strengthening grassroots education justice organizing ensures that students, families, educators, and community members, particularly those from historically marginalized groups, have a seat at the table. This work includes creating convening spaces for networking, offering trainings and tools, and lifting up the voices of local organizers so that our grassroots movement can be healthy and strong.
